My Culinary Journey: From Paris to Miami

I’ve always believed that food is more than just nourishment – it’s an experience that can transport you to another place. My journey began in the kitchens of Paris, where I was inspired by the artistry of French cuisine. From there, I moved to Italy to specialize in pastry at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and refine my skills at the Alain Ducasse Formation School of Cuisine.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the world’s most renowned establishments, including The Bellevue Hotel in Aosta, Italy, the Bristol Hotel in Paris, and Roanne Restaurant in São Paulo, Brazil. Each stop along the way has shaped my style, broadened my horizons, and fueled my passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Learning from the Masters

My formal training began at some of the most prestigious culinary institutions in Europe. I specialized in pastry at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, where I learned the intricacies of Italian desserts, and then furthered my expertise at the Alain Ducasse Formation School in Paris. Working alongside some of the finest chefs in the world, I discovered the importance of precision, technique, and above all, passion in every dish I create.
